Hi, Toyota I want to let your know how good your work I have a 2016 Rav4 your did everything but a motor your work are so good that's why no one touch my Rav4 but Toyota, I want to thank your very much.

Mr Doug helped out with his explanation of what had to be done for the recall. . He was offering me a car for my convenience but I wasn’t told when making an appointment. That would have helped out tremendously since I had to get someone for transportation . Oil change was done by your staff but neglected to change the new sticker inside of car when next oil would be due Will stop by next week for that correction.


As I drove up, I was immediately met by a technician who was friendly, polite and explained exactly where I should go and who I should talk to. He took my car and made sure that I made it to the right place in the building. I spoke to Mr. Guzman who told me that my car would take about 45 minutes, he showed me where the coffee bar was and asked me to take a seat in the comfortable waiting area. Brought in car for oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted quickly and met with Eric to discuss service performed. Eric answered questions that I had regarding the process and time table efficiently and in professional manner. Waiting area comfortable with coffee and popcorn provided. I always use this dealership for car maintenance and will continue to do so.

In general it was a good experience for us. Ms. Martin did a good job!. In general it was a good experience. I wish the process of purchasing would be more transparent and faster. It took about 5 hrs to the paperwork and we already agreed on the price and put the deposit the day before. So, I thought the process could be faster. I wish they had online process to do the transaction and a delivery service to deliver the car. We had to do a 500 miles trip to pick up the truck. Again, I am very happy with the ...

The service manager I worked with was very helpful and was very gracious since I was an hour late for my appointment. However, the problem I asked to have fixed was not corrected. I get a scraping noise when I turn hard to the left. Still do. The routine maintenance, 10k checkup was performed well.

Doug was able to have my car serviced without saying there were numerous things wrong with it. I appreciate him taking care of my car as if it were his own. Tara in the reception area was an absolute angel. When the coffee machine was not working she offered to go and get me some out of the break room. She went above and beyond and needs to be recognized for this. The service department is where most of the time is spent once we purchase our car. For the record I have owned a Camry since 1987.
